Midas pop-rock artist Jessie Daniels claims the most played video on Gospel Music Channel for two consecutive weeks with “The Noise.”
The video recently made its debut at No. 1 on the network's Overall Top 30 Videos Chart. Filmed at both Rocketown and PK Studios in Nashville, the video, a visual accompaniment to Daniels' No. 2 Christian Hit Radio single, combines live performance shots with images of New York City's Times Square. Its concept mimics the song's theme about breaking through worldly distractions to find quiet time with God. "Jessie Daniels' 'The Noise' was a no-brainer for us at Gospel Music Channel," comments Jerry Williams, director of programming. "The visuals are dynamic, the music is kicky and the lyrics are dead on. Jessie herself portrays a sort of hip innocence that makes this video especially viable for us."
