Britt Nicole's new CD, Say It, is a pop CD full of energy and hope.

Britt Nicole’s Debut CD, Say It, is filled with hope, encouragement, and passion. The beats get your body moving while the messages touch your heart. Say it is more than an alternative to raunchy pop music. Nicole is more than a whitewashed Britney Spears or a Christian Christina Aguilera.

Funky Hip-Hop Beats Fused With Rock Riffs

Nicole teams up with two renowned producers who know how to get the best sounds for a song. While Tedd T. and Double Dutch spin a largely pop/dance groove, they mix things up keeping the CD fresh.

When a song calls for some shredding, they have no fear of bringing in some guitar. When the tempo slows down, they can drop the beat and tickle the ivory. Gently, of course.

“Holiday” kicks off the disc and is a good representative of the collection. It’s fun, energetic, and makes you want to get up out of your seat. Nicole reminds us that sometimes you need to kick back and relax; a message that many need to be reminded of.

“Sunshine Girl” is in the same vein of a good beat coupled with good times. Nicole is out to spread cheer. If someone feels down listening to this song, they may need the paddles.

Quality Writing Tackling Tough Topics

Unlike many pop divas, Nicole doesn’t rely on others to write her songs for her. She had a hand in every song and shows wisdom well beyond her years. We are able to see that she is not all fluff and fun. She has the ability to take on subjects that have some meat.

Nicole draws from her own life experiences. Nicole penned “Don’t Worry Now” from what she went through when her parents divorced when she was seven. Nicole says, “Through God’s peace and healing in my own life, I feel that I can speak and sing of these things with genuine conviction and passion for those who are in similar places.”

A Passion to Spread the Gospel

By listening to this CD it is obvious that Nicole has a passion for God. Her love for people and the enthusiasm to share the love of Christ is evident on Say It.

Nicole tells us her desire to bring the Word of God to the people in “Set the World on Fire”. Her faith despite her weaknesses will motivate Christians to rely on God. Nicole’s passion is infectious and will ignite a fire in others, young and old.

Beautiful Voice With Great Writing

Say It has Britt Nicole’s angelic voice to bring the fun times as well as the serious. She is no stranger to the stage though and has had many years to perfect her vocals.

As a child, Nicole sang at her grandfather’s church and television ministry, along with her cousin and brother. With the support of her family, she decided to pursue the gift God blessed her with. In that decision, she has blessed us.
