GMA Training Camp
The next GMA Academy event will take place Feb. 16-17, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas.
Fo Yo Soul Entertainment/Zomba recording artist Kirk Franklin and Ardent/INO recording artist Todd Agnew will be on hand as Artists-in-Residence and author and speaker Reed Arvin will serve as the keynote speaker.
The Christian/gospel music industry's official weekend training camp, the GMA Academy event in Dallas will feature two days of intensive training with tracks for songwriters and performers. Through various seminars and critique sessions, individuals receive in-depth instruction, covering practical business concerns to improving artistic and songwriting skills, with all sessions being taught by music industry professionals.
The event also includes the GMA Academy Artist & Song of 2007 Regional Competitions for aspiring, unsigned artists and songwriters. Winners from the GMA Academy in Dallas competition will be invited to compete at the Artist & Song of 2007 National Competitions at GMA Music in the Rockies in August 2007.
