In keeping with the season, Daniels also recently released her version of the Christmas classic “Little Drummer Boy” to be played at Christian radio during December.
Premiering Monday, December 11, at 9:00 pm (ET/PT), the Lifetime Original Movie features Daniels on “Christmas Isn’t Christmas Without You,” co-written by Sharon Vaughn and Grammy Award winner Dennis Matkosky (Michael Sembello “Maniac,” Diana Ross, Eddie Money, Boz Scaggs, Keith Urban, Chicago), who also produced the song. Recorded at his home studio in Nashville, Tenn., Matkosky was impressed with newcomer Daniels, “It was a pleasure to work with Jessie. She is an amazing talent …truly a beautiful instrument.”
“A Christmas Wedding” stars Eric Mabius (“Ugly Betty,” “The L Word”), Sarah Paulson (“Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” “Deadwood”) and Dean Cain (“Las Vegas,” “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman”). Additionally, you can listen to “Christmas Isn’t Christmas Without You” at this website.
In true holiday fashion, Daniels also recorded an original version of the popular Christmas tune “Little Drummer Boy” to be played throughout December. The song was arranged and produced by Scott Davis, who produced her Midas Records debut, at Life of Rhyme Studio in Nashville.
