Josh Bates' Myspace includes this announcement of the inclusion of his song, "Never Give Up on Me" into the score of "Facing the Giants" movie.

A few months ago I was fortunate to watch an amazingly anointed movie, “Facing the Giants.” It was an unedited version, but the message was clear: nothing is impossible for God. I remember just feeling so full of faith after seeing how the Creator of the Universe decides to live, interact, and show His Glory through His people. In our weaknesses, He is strong, and we have to trust Him in those places.
Little did I know that the film company would chose to put my song “Never Give Up on Me” in the musical score. Amazingly, it plays at one of the highlights of the movie. (I won't give away what happens)
