Starfield & World Vision

Starfield also recently wrapped up its coast to coast 25-city tour of the country with youth speaker David Nasser. “This tour was transitional for Starfield, taking out a level of video and production they've never carried before, and packing out each city they visited,” says Starfield manager Chris Nichols. “The success of the tour is a testament to the band’s songs connecting with a generation of listeners longing to know and genuinely worship God.”

While on tour, more than half of the concerts sold out as the band and Nasser helped to raise overwhelming support for World Vision Canada. “I believe Starfield and David Nasser just finished the biggest tour for World Vision's work in the history of the Canadian program, ” said Mike Bowman, Director of World Vision Canada.

Continuing with a heavy tour schedule, Starfield will spend the fall of 2006 and early 2007 on the Dare2Share (D2S) Tour with Superchick and youth speaker Greg Stier. The tour will hit major cities throughout the US focusing on the mission and calling of D2S, which is to raise the bar for teenagers, calling them to make a difference by taking the Great Commission seriously. The focus of the conference is to train and motivate the students to reach those around them by living and giving the life-changing message of the gospel in a contagious epidemic of love and truth. The tour kicked off September 29 in Nashville, TN, and continues all the way through March 2007.
