Releasing Sept. 26, Schultz’ fifth career project debuted in the Top 5 on SoundScan’s Christian and Top 10 on the general market retail charts, marking the strongest street week of his career. With his thought provoking lyrics and appealing music, Schultz’s latest effort is being heralded as his “career” album.
Furthering Schultz’ success and national exposure, he has just returned from Washington, D.C. as a featured performer at the Angels In Adoption Gala. Here he shared the stage with Darryl “D.M.C” McDaniels, Representative Ginny Brown-Waite of Florida, Idaho Senator Larry Craig, and other D.C .VIPs and elected officials. Schultz performed “Everything To Me” that is the story of his own adoption that is available on “Broken & Beautiful”.
In support of the album, Schultz is currently headlining the “Broken & Beautiful” tour that also features Big Daddy Weave and fiddler David Klinkenberg. The tour kicked off in Decatur, IL on September 29 and will run through November. Response to the tour has been overwhelming with several shows already sold out.
